At the recent EJA Industry forum held at the Rialto Hotel in Melbourne, Groupware joined leading enterprises and developers from the J2EE space.
Speakers at the forum included Simon Phipps from Sun Microsystems; David Johnson from Office of the CIO Victorian Government; Jim Webber, Thoughtworks; Peter Evans-Greenwood, Capgemini Australia; Ben Alex, Interface21; Saul Cunningham, Oracle SOA and Mike Cannon-Brookes from Atlassian.
Speakers discussed where the industry was going and how it was changing. Technical J2EE case studies put forward some new tools, strategies and testing techniques. Architecture and the relationship to services, systems and data showed how to apply its core principles successfully.
