ABOUT THE ROLE
As a team leader, the successful candidate will be expected to lead a team of Lotus Notes developers and administrators, organise team meetings, assist with resourcing issues, lead staff study sessions and assist to achieve technical certification goals. The Team Leader will assist in the recruitment and staff review process. They will be expected to monitor, supervise and mentor team members and liaise with management and clients.
As a Senior Lotus Notes Developer, the position entails defining, developing and implementing Lotus Notes applications for Groupware's government and corporate clients. You will be expected to apply your knowledge to assist in all aspects of the software development life cycle.
