Groupware Consulting provides an Issue Tracking and version management tool (iTrack) for each project. The tool is available over the web and provides a method for clients to register change requests and defects as well as track the progress of their project’s implementation.

iTrack also allows communication around change request progress and defect resolution via comments which can be made by either the client or the developer. iTrack allows the client to view details about developers who are assigned to their project as well as project details and metrics.

iTrack provides secure logon for clients, managers and developers. Because the application is web based it facilitates information exchange and project tracking even when a client and individual developers are remote to each other.
