Software Support
Overview
The support services offered by Groupware Consulting as a standard include (but is not necessarily limited to) application and system support for the applications that are developed by Groupware Consulting. We are flexible in tailoring support contracts for the specific needs of each client and for particular applications. This includes:
- The provision of current application support services (telephone support in the first instance, and on-site support as necessitated) in the form of enhancements, bug fixes, issue resolutions and Help Desk/Database Support;
- The provision of application maintenance services (for the purpose of fine-tuning the application’s operation).
Groupware considers the following factors to be critical to the success of the delivery of the necessary services under a Service Level Agreement (SLA):
- Quality of Support Infrastructure;
- Quality of Support Staff;
- Quality of Development services.
In addition the following services must be provided:
- Warranty for all work;
- Acceptance Testing and Acceptance Testing Procedures;
- Project Reporting.
