Warranty

Groupware Consulting provide a standard 90-day warranty on any development. This warranty includes non or partially functioning features that are within the application specification or agreement of changes being developed.

The 90-day warranty commences as of the time User Acceptance has been received from the customer either via email, letter or verbal agreement.

Please Note: Warranty is voided if the design of the database is modified in any way by a non-Groupware staff member.
